Mission: The mission of the Communications and Spectrum
Management Research Center(ISYAM) is to achieve and maintain world
quality products and services that meet or exceed customer’s
requirements. The mission statement can be refined further into the

To establish high quality enviroment for graduate and postgradute
education and research.
To facilitate the transfer of science and engineering data, methods and
practices to educational institutions, government agencies and
commercial organizations.
To increase software safety and quality, reduce software costs by
utilizing and applying software engineering practices.
To obtain maximum customer satisfaction for each product and to comply
to international quality standards .
Aims:
To become an international centre in research in software evolution.
To be a research center that can design and develop high technology
software projects in the communications and spectrum management in its
domain.
